DIY INSPIRATION - LOVER LACE DRESS

This gorgeous lace dress by Australian brand Lover  has to be one of my favourite pieces from last year. It's been on my mind for ages and has inspired in me a love for this 'dippy at the front' hemline. Not something I would usually go for at all, but it's seriously grown on me recently. You could make something similar yourself by altering a thrifted dress and cutting and hemming to look like this - much in the same way I made the fishtail skirt. So what are you waiting for?

  13. I think that if you find an oval tablecloth and cut a hole in the middle (for your body/waist) you could get that effect!

  14. ..or maybe a square tablecloth is even better, should be easier to find..

  34. Oh my gosh! I adore this! Want want want! I could really use some fashion advice. I have a lot of clothes, but never know how to put them together- not so good at mix and matching. Does anyone have any tips or go-to websites? Would be so helpful! http://audreamy.blogspot.com
